• I with the other participants in my group hereby release Dewittville Kayak Aventure from all liability  in the event of accident, injury, theft, damage to personal property during the water activity of any kind whatsoever or damage without any exception or reservation.
• The owner of Dewittville Kayak Aventure  rents us the boat or Kayak  for the entire duration of the activity (2 hours).
•  It is my responsibility with the other participants in my group to ensure our own safety by using the necessary precautions when travelling on the water or disembarking from the vessel.
• I with the other participants in my group agree to take sole responsibility for any incident that may occur during the activity.
• I with the other participants in my group agree to abide by the safety rules and all rules applicable to the activity, as well as to follow the instructions of the organizers.
• I with the other participants in my group will put on the life jacket on dry land before heading towards the departure dock.
• I am as well as the other participants in my group aware that it is our responsibility to personally take out health/accident and civil liability insurance.

It is important to advise Dewittville Kayak Aventure when booking if one participant's weight is over 225 lbs, so that Dewittville Kayak Aventure can advise on the choice of boat.
